Accounts, roles, and sharing

Accounts provide the context for working with content. Your account and role determine what you can see and which actions are available.

Roles

A role groups permissions for a user. Work with your administrator to obtain the access needed for your responsibilities.

Sharing

Sharing makes selected content available to an intended audience. Review the content and access settings before sharing. An anonymously accessible image or collection still belongs to its account.

Missing content

If expected content is absent, verify that you are working in the intended account and that your role has the required access. Your account administrator can help investigate.
